Path Construction seeks a qualified Marketing Manager to join our organization in our Arlington Heights, IL office. We are a rapidly growing general contractor headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL with additional offices in Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; and Scottsdale AZ with projects throughout the United States.
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the construction industry, possess design skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are preferred.

Daily Tasks
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, leveraging your design skills to create visually compelling marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, proposals, and digital content.
• Utilize expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to create engaging and professional designs for various marketing materials.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing and social media to drive brand visibility.
• Potentially lead video editing using Adobe Premier Pro for promotional videos and presentations.
• Create technical writing and creative writing pieces
• Coordinate with partner firms and project team members for proposal documents
• Review final layouts and guide improvements
• Lead in the maintenance of project experience data, master resumes, client references, etc.
• Lead in the development and maintenance of sector focused boiler plate to be used as master in proposals
• Lead in the coordination and preparation of marketing materials for events, trade shows, speaking engagements, etc.
• Lead with research and content creation for and implementation of internal and external communications (website, social media, newsletter, etc.)
• Review communications and marketing-related activities, including print and electronic publications for consistent messaging
• Utilize firm-wide graphic standards to assure consistent image in the marketplace
• Lead corporate event planning efforts
