Qualifications:

Hold Elementary teacher certification
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and develpment, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning
Experience workign with various grade level students
Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
