Responsible for processing and verifying income eligibility for clients who apply for Preschool Open Doors. Accessing the DHS databases and processing payments to the schools or families who qualify

• Reviews applications as they are received in the office.
• Responds to questions from families when they call to ask about progress on their application. Monitors and tracks application progress. Notifies parents of what is missing from their documents to complete the application.
• Process applications and provides notice to families.
• Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with casework administration
