  • Assist with enrollment of new families across sites
  • Monitor success metrics across regional sites
  • Maintain high-quality parent communication standards and support marketing initiatives as needed

Compliance, Quality Assurance, & Operational Oversight

  • Provide leadership, strategic guidance, and identify growth opportunities

Who You Are:

As the Regional Director of Childcare Centers, you embody the following characteristics and qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Seasoned Remote Manager: You have 5 years of experience in a center director, management, or childcare operations role with a successful track record, and have experience with remote working and people management.
  • Effective Communicator & Leader: You are skilled at fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders while maintaining open lines of communication. You have stellar leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Quality Assurance: You excel in maintaining compliance with regulations and quality standards, guaranteeing the excellence and safety of the centers.
  • Bonus! You have experience in multi-age care setting and/or you speak a language besides English
