Medical device company is currently seeking a professional, organized, self-motivated, and reliable candidate to provide shipping, warehouse, customer service, and administrative support. Candidates must have the drive and integrity to work independently.

Required Experience and Skills

• Prepares deliveries accurately for shipment according to customer orders by obtaining finished goods from inventory, lifting and carrying merchandise, packaging and weighing merchandise securely to avoid damage.
• Processes shipments in FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip for domestic and international accounts.
• Utilizes DHL and other freight carriers as required.
• Maintain existing accounts, receive and process orders
• Stores product and supplies within the shipping area by safely performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and stacking by hand or safely using material handling equipment.
• General office duties: filing, scanning, photocopying
• Manage and stock office and break room supplies
• Oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized
• Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle history to operate a company vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
