The successful candidate will be part of a team that develops solutions for external/internal web services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of these skills further demonstrated with examples of past work. Candidates should be self-described as driven, confident, analytical, and assertive. This position can be demanding with frequent deadline-oriented tasks that may require some evening and weekend work to perform software upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure minimal impact on regular business hours of operation. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING• Utilizing best practices for web application development and design patterns to include developing, integrating, and delivering applications using front-end, back-end, database, and hosting tools• Working and interacting with software developers and teams in both remote work and close-knit office working conditions• Effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical users• Delivering software products independently using functional specifications• Utilizing all layers of the stack to complete coding, UI/UX, database integrations, and deployment activities to include detailed test plans• Employing strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks especially in Angular• Identifying, collecting, processing, and organizing substantial amounts of information and data, which may be limited or incomplete• Various troubleshooting and problem solving• Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATIONGeneral Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics or coding related field• Training and certifications will be considered• Demonstrated 6 years of progressive experience as a full stack software developer• A fundamental knowledge and ability to understand technology, information systems, data, and business processes• Strong quantitative ability and aptitude for quantitative learning• Strong analytical and business writing skills• Excellent at troubleshooting and problem solving• Ability to present findings and technical proposals to internal and external customers• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications to include TFS and Azure DevOps• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Flexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends as needed• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Technical Requirements:• Experience with API integration and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure)• Experience with Agile software development methodologies• Advanced experience using various versions of Visual Studio (2010-2022)• Advanced experience in developing and supporting web applications and web services• Advanced experience in developing, supporting and maintaining WordPress websites• Experience with MS SQL Server (2012/2016/2019), stored procedures development and database design• Experience with TFS 2018/2019, DevOps 2021, and Git for code repository and version control• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ETL tools preferred (SSRS, SSIS)• Advanced experience using C#, ASP.NET 4.0/4.5/4.6, JavaScript and .net framework (versions 4.5 ) preferred• Advanced experience with WebAPI and REST services preferred• Experience with AJAX, WPF and WF preferred• Experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and responsive web UI preferred• Advanced experience with UI/UX design, development and supportThe successful candidate:• Utilizes effective communication skills: phone, face-to-face, email.• Has basic business process acumen and understanding.• Ability to adapt and work with multiple and various personality styles.• Utilizes accuracy and attention to detail.• Demonstrates follow-up skills, time management skills, appointment setting skills, and a goal-oriented personality.WHAT OUR ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING• Expected annual salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and education.• Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.• Immediate eligibility to participate in the company’s 401(k) program.• PTO: 10 days per year as a new employee, PTO accrual based on years of service.• Flexible hours.PassTime provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, genetics, veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
