About Outlier

We use creativity and capital to buy, start and grow exceptional businesses.

We are one of the largest private companies in the US but likely different than you’ve seen before. We buy and grow businesses that are leaders in their niches. We also start our own businesses when we see opportunities that we can’t take advantage of through acquisitions. Over 12,000 people work under our brands every day, driving $1B in revenue. Yet despite our scale, we remain flat and nimble with hands-on leadership, operations and a focus on measurable results. Our brands span multiple industries including healthcare, real estate, entertainment, consumer durables and aerospace, with a specialty in building franchise organizations.

We offer significant growth opportunities across our network of businesses, promoting from within whenever possible. We don’t pay attention to formalities or backgrounds - if you can get the job done, we want you here.
