Job Description

General Manager/Highly skilled GSM

Passport Auto Group, located around Washington, DC. The DC metro is one of the hottest import markets in the USA with the DC area being one of the strongest economies in the USA. Passport Auto Group is a privately held, family oriented group representing BMW, INFINITI, MINI, TOYOTA,NISSAN and MAZDA at 9 exclusive locations, plus one of the areas largest COLLISION CENTERS.

Job Requirements

Must have MINIMUM 5 years in a high volume franchise store as a General Manager or General Sales Manager and have the references to substantiate this.

  • Have a record of outstanding sales achievement and Excellence in Customer Service.
  • Be a process driven coach/ mentor who can lead an existing group of dedicated employees.
  • Be able to motivate your Team to Excellence and higher achievement.
  • Have strong selling skills to take the dealership to the next level.
  • Be a hands on daily leader who stays involved in all parts of the operation.
  • Have a strong attention to and appreciation for the details.
