- Patient care/staff coordination - Fix staff to patients and coordinate visits with patients.
- Input new patient data/manage folders - Input details of a new referral into the computer and update as required.
- Scheduling - schedule patient visits with the staff as required. Fix scheduling issues as they arise.
- Staff recruitment/onboarding - gives competency test to candidates, completes drug screening, gives basic orientation to new staff.
- Other administrative responsibilities as necessary.
- Experience in home healthcare.
