Passion Dental is looking for a general dentist to join our multi specialty dental office in Springfield, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and highly motivated practitioner, who enjoys treating both kids and their families, to work in a collaborative, patient-centered practice alongside other experienced general dentists and specialists.
We offer a sign on bonus of $25,000 and a competitive base compensation $900 per day up to 45% production reconciliation monthly, sign on bonus, rental/relocation monthly allowance. A full benefit package including vacation and holiday pay, health and dental insurance as well as reimbursement for malpractice insurance, professional dues and continuing education courses.
We are looking for a confident professional who possesses strong communication and treatment plan presentation skills and has the clinical and interpersonal skills needed to build long-term patient relationships within the community.
