Our administrative team is focused on quality, service, and patient satisfaction. The Front Desk Coordinator is at the front line of all patient interaction and communication and assists the office in maintaining access to care. The Front Desk Coordinator reports directly to the Office Manager.
Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Interact with patients in a positive professional manner via telephone and in person.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
· Review and educate patients on treatment plans and financial responsibilities.
· Accurately confirm insurance benefits and communicate and collect patient payment obligations.
· Maintain and manage patient records, such as initial forms and paperwork.
· Adequately perform billing procedures with accurate data entry of all patient information.
· Accurately send personal account and insurance statements.
· Respond to requests for information.
· Maintain strict compliance to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Proficiently understand medical and dental billing and claims.
· Positive attitude and energetic personality.
· Comfortable in computerized environment.
· Ability to multitask.
· Team player with a positive attitude.Spanish speaking needed!
