Passages is a non-profit organization serving fathers and families in Northeast Ohio.

Passages-Connecting Fathers and Families is looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our organization as a Regional Program Specialist (RPS). The RPS will connect and work fathers in Lake, Lorain, and Cuyahoga Counties to overcome barriers related to employment, accessing community resources, navigation of child support and custody issues, and other issues that require support and help with navigation.

-The RPS will be responsible for faciltiating fatherhood programming sessions both virtually and in person as well as in correctional facilitites.

-The RPS will work alongside the Regional Director to ensure that program metrics are met.

-The RPS will create and and maintain relationships with referral sources (Child Support, Children's Services, Probation, etc. to ensure we have a consistent stream of referrals each month.

-This role will require thorough and timely documentation of services provided.

-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Required Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in the fields of social work, communication, teaching, or related fields.

3 years experience working with individuals in underserved and disadvantaged communities.

Valid Driver's License with consistent access to a vehicle.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
