Work Style: Generally office work (remote work is limitedly offered depending on situations)
Job Description:
1. Response for sales activities to exist customers and suppliers.
(Managing order/shipping, Attend meeting for domestic/oversea-Japan HQ,
Create and issue sales reports to related parties by Japanese/English, manage sales activities, business trip, etc)
2. Date Entry to internal system (Sale/Purchase order, Invoicing) and related company's system.
3. Work closely with other department, such as Engineering, accounting, and HQ.
4. Create and report the sales report documents for internal and outside company.
5. Develop new business
6. Ability to support the problem until it solve by reporting and working close with management team.
Requirements:
Ability to speak, read and write Japanese and English
Experienced sales of Auto Industry. (Preferable experience of Electronics parts)
