Job Description:

We are seeking an Elite Scrum Master to join our team and lead two delivery teams focusing on Payments (Sid/API candidates) and YoBL (Salesforce, other API). This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and play a key role in executing key initiatives within an agile delivery model. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple scrum teams, working with JIRA, and preferably SAFe certified with a background in SAFe methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate two delivery teams, one focusing on Payments (Sid/API candidates) and the other on YoBL (Salesforce, other API).
• Implement and execute a true agile delivery model, with Product Owners managing the backlog, tech leads responsible for code merge/feature quality, and Scrum Masters facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and removing blockers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Work closely with tech leads to ensure code quality, integration, and adherence to best practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies to drive team alignment and progress.
• Identify and remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance team processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on agile principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing multiple scrum teams in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking team progress.
• SAFe certification preferred, with a strong background in SAFe methodology.
• Experience in a true agile delivery model, with a focus on delivering value to customers through iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and remove impediments and blockers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and improve, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in agile delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with remote teams or distributed teams.
• Previous experience in the Payments or Salesforce domain.
• Additional agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
