Job Title: Scrum Master/Project Manager
Location: Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX – HYBRID
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
Project Management:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end project management process, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Communication and Facilitation:
- Demonstrate outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Agile Frameworks:
- Apply knowledge of agile frameworks or methods (Scrum, Kanban) to guide teams in their Agile journey.
- Ensure the team's understanding and adoption of Agile principles.
Problem Solving:
- Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to identify and address challenges.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve impediments to the team's progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks or methods (Scrum, Kanban) and a solid understanding of software development life cycle models.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
