Pasadena Highlands is Hiring a Concierge Near Pasadena, CA
Looking for an energetic individual with great customer services skills that possess good judgment, a mature manner and ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information. Is able to clearly communicate with residents.
Full Time: 3:30pm - 11:00pm; Sunday - Wednesday
DUTIES:
- Performs Front Desk and Receptionist functions.
- Perform concierge tasks as outlined in the Resident Concierge Services.
- Manage services so that tasks are performed in a timely and orderly manner.
- Coordinates with the driver for all shopping and mailing requests.
- Other duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position as appropriate and necessary.
- Outdated job description does not relieve an employee of his/her responsibility to perform the full scope of the duties, functions and responsibilities of his/her position as requested or assigned.
OTHER:
- Complete 8-hours of mandatory in-service per calendar year.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
