Firstat Nursing Services an affiliate of Parx Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with our team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and other medical care as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor patient health status and document any changes in condition
• Use clinical judgment to provide effective care to patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
• At least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
• Familiarity with EMR systems
