We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at Parx Home Care. This position is located in Crawfordville, FL. As a CNA/HHA, you will be providing essential personal care assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics
• Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate supervisor

We have more than one position open. One is part time and the other is full time. Full time position is labor intensive caring for a disabled client.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification or HHA certification
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain patient confidentiality
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
