Firstat Nursing Services an affiliate of Parx Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Brevard County, Florida. As a Speech Therapist with Firstat, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech and communication disorders. You will work in partnership with patients, families, and caregivers to develop treatment plans that meet their unique needs. • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and communication skills
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers
• Provide speech and language therapy to patients in their homes
• Monitor and document patient progress towards treatment goals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with patients in a home care setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
