Landers Auto Group is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling auto parts and accessories to customers while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, individual contributor position with opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to succeed.

This position offers a competitive hourly base pay with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on sales performance.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and provide excellent service, determining their needs and making appropriate recommendations for auto parts and accessories
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling returns and exchanges
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts to ensure availability for customers
• Use computer systems and software to look up and order parts, as well as track inventory and sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate repeat business and generate new leads
• Participate in sales and promotional events to generate new business and increase sales
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves, displays, and inventory storage areas

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in auto parts sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
