Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the upkeep of our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment and machinery
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Read and interpret schematics and logic controllers

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff
- Customer service skills to interact with residents or tenants
- Proficiency in logic controllers for machinery operation
- Welding capabilities for fabrication tasks
- Ability to read and understand schematics for equipment repair
- Experience in fabricating components for maintenance needs
- Proficient in maintaining equipment using CMMS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
