Partnership Employment is Hiring a Contracts Manager Near Milford, MA

Our client in the MetroWest area is searching for a Contracts Manager with experience working in the construction industry to join their legal department. The ideal candidate will have experience working with indirect contracts, and FAR compliance.

As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee the entire contracts lifecycle, from initial negotiation to contract closeout, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll also collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including subcontract agreements, change orders, and vendor contracts.

  • Assist with the preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of Construction Subcontracts, purchase orders, and related corporate documents.
  • Understand and interpret the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
  • Understand and interpret Massachusetts General Law as well as other State and Federal requirements.
  • Assist with the drafting and handling of all claims related documents and legal protective measures for both claimant and defense positions as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
