Our client in the MetroWest area is searching for a Contracts Manager with experience working in the construction industry to join their legal department. The ideal candidate will have experience working with indirect contracts, and FAR compliance.
As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee the entire contracts lifecycle, from initial negotiation to contract closeout, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll also collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including subcontract agreements, change orders, and vendor contracts.
