Description:

About Us

Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians. We have several offices across the South Shore and are affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center, and South Shore Hospital.

We believe that patient care comes first. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff recognize the importance of prompt, expert, and compassionate care for patients whose needs span from general health maintenance to treatment for complex medical problems.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a 30-Hour Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team at Harbor Medical Associates. Our Urgent Care centers are designed to provide service for minor conditions such as allergies, respiratory infections, sore throats, sports injuries, minor cuts and bruises, and various illnesses requiring immediate non-emergency medical care. The Center provides healthcare for all ages, 6 months and older, and radiology and laboratory services are available on-site.

Weekly schedules are flexible and will consist of (3) 10-hour shifts. This hire will be required to work on Fridays and 1 in 3 weekends per month. Our providers rotate between our two locations: 541 Main Street, South Weymouth, MA 02190 and 15 Corporate Park Dr, Pembroke, MA 02359. Our centers are staffed Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Sundays from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Because patients typically come to us when they aren't feeling their best, it is incredibly important to us that our staff members strive to provide the compassion and emotional support our patients need.
