The purpose of the Warehouseperson is to successfully perform the specified procedure or task in the Warehouse Operations department. These procedures or tasks may include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and warehouse performance. Additionally, the Warehouseperson will be required to adhere to set quality standards and perform the assigned task in accordance with PDC or RDC safety and performance requirements.
Ø Receive and stock Inbound orders while noting the quantity and any discrepancies in quantities as well as recording any damages.
Ø Process required documents with accuracy within PDC safety and performance requirements.
Ø Process Inbound orders using RF technology and following PDC standard operation procedures.
Ø Process Outbound orders using RF technology and following PDC standard operation procedures.
Ø Verify inventory accuracy to make sure it’s the right part and the right quantity.
Ø Unload or load trailers, verify bills of lading, and check for transit damage.
Ø Monitor and report equipment damages and operational issues to Team Leader.
Summary
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, processing returned orders and assembling boxes for shipping. This position reports to the Fulfillment Center Manager.

This position requires the employee to be on their feet most of the shift. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
