We are currently hiring Shipping Clerk for a Distribution in Ontario CA. Our
client offers overtime and allows jeans to work!
Job Title : Shipping Clerk
Pay Rate : $19.50 / Hr.
Schedule : Mon Thurs (7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm) Fridays- (5 : 00am to 1 : 30pm) weekend and overtime availability required.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Shipping ups parcels
- Warehouse equipment experience
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment; optimize space utilization
- Report any inventory discrepancies
- Operate stand up reach, sit down FL and order picker.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Open to placement in different warehouse roles (receiving, inventory, picking, shipping) to meet business needs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Comply with all SOP’s and GMP’s
- Minimum 2 years shipping clerk computer skills and fed ex and ups experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift to 50lbs.
WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE CROSSED TRAINED IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS. MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO WORK IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT.
