It is the responsibility of the DSP to provide the highest quality Participant Assistance and Care (PAC)services to clients as they work one-on-one in the home and/or in the community to help them achieve their goals, ensuring that Partners in Autism, IN-FSSA, and accreditation standards are being met.

Must be able to meet client PAC needs, which can change based on the environment and may include physical bending, stooping and lifting of over 50 lbs, standing or sitting for long periods of time, and repetitive actions.
