The Opportunity
The Patient Accounts Coordinator functions under the general supervision of the department manager. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate submission of all patient balances and bills within the Epic.
The coordinator works closely with management and other units within the billing department to identify, correct, and resolve workflow issues as well as ensure all responsibilities and submitted claims are complete.
