Starting pay varies depending on experience.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Fridays 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Total hours per week range from 40-55 depending on workload and project schedule.
• Work schedule can be affected by weather.

Job Duties:

• Safely provide labor support by raking, shoveling, moving materials, fitting pipe, acting as a spotter to Equipment Operators, etc.
• Maintain a productive and organized worksite by staging tools, equipment, and materials
• Cleaning and putting away tools/equipment at the end of each day
• Actively participate in safety/performance training
• Other tasks as required

Requirements:

• Drivers License and transportation to/from jobsites
• Applicant must be able and willing to stand, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and twist for up to 9 hours per day.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Work is outside, so applicant must be able to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, dry weather, rain and snow).
• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively

In business since 1975, Partners Excavating Company offers total site preparation, including installation of underground utilities, asphalt paving and site concrete. Project bids range from several thousand dollars to over $10 million, and include bonding capability. We perform a mix of commercial and residential work for both general contractors and individuals.

• Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
