Key Responsibilities:

Animal Care:

• Assist in a variety of tasks including cleaning, feeding, training, and organizing to support the team and ensure the highest level of care.
• Participate in miscellaneous tasks as needed, contributing to the overall well-being and happiness of our canine & human guests.

DaySchool:

• Oversee the daily training schedules for each dog, tailoring sessions to meet individual goals and requirements.
• Ensure all training activities are logged and communicated effectively, maintaining a structured and beneficial learning environment.

General Expectations:

• Maintain a professional demeanor, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting.

Requirements:

• Compliance with FBI Background Check and Drug Screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work comfortably with dogs and cats, including physical tasks associated with their care.
• Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions.

Application Process:

Our application process is intensive to weed out individuals less dedicated to our mission of excellence in pet care and training.

• Qualified applicants will be contacted for a phone interview (Under 30 min)
• From there, a non-working, unpaid shadow session would be completed (Under 4 Hours)
• Successful candidates will then be invited to complete our online PDU program and participate in a working shadow (Approx. 2-3 Weeks)
• Full-time positions will be offered to those who excel in these stages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
