SUMMARY
Partner is seeking a Full-Time Mechanical and Building Systems Engineer. This position is responsible for performing and reviewing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Fire Life Safety (FLS) system assessments as part of Partner’s Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) Group. This position requires building assessments, investigation, consulting, and some development of design solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Self-performs MEP Assessments and prepares MEP Assessment Reports. Scope of MEP/FLS Assessments generally consist of:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar, and 5 years commercial/industrial engineering consulting or design experience with a solid understanding of all major MEP and FLS systems.

COMPENSATION
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $110,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
