In this role you will get to lead and manage a large Space Command & Control Ground program. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers, Software Developers and operators
* Lead a 100M Space and Ground Integration program
* Lead a Full-scope solution delivery (i.e. not government support contractor)
* Manage cost, schedule, and risk performance and provide monthly program status
* Work closely with both customer and Parsons senior leaders
* Ensure Program collaboration with stakeholders and space vehicle vendors
* Provide strategic support for corporate space-based growth opportunities What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelors in a STEM degree with 15 years of experience in space and/or national security programs
* 10 years of program management experience
* Experience with software development management in multi-level security environment
* Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients in multiple locations
* Active TS/SCI clearance at minimum What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * PMP or equivalent certification
* Experience with system of systems engineering and integration
* Experience/knowledge working with USAF, Space Force, or IC space programs Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
