Job Description: Parsons is seeking a procurement specialist with experience in rapid acquisition of specialized hardware and software in support of a program management office. Qualified candidates will be required to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders request quotes and construct purchase orders. Successful candidates must be flexible, self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or comparable work experience Must have at least 6 years total related experience with at least 1 in a procurement role Must be eligible for a security clearance (US Citizen) What Required Skills You'll Bring: Strong ability to communicate with vendors and manage vendor relationships Experience procuring hardware and software products Ability to communicate effectively with technical team members, managers, and customers What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience with Costpoint, SAP, or related Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
