What Required Skills You'll Bring: Active Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline and 2 years of related professional experience 3 years of experience with program integration and logistics planning of space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs 3 years of experience in DoD Acquisition Program Management, Acquisition Planning, Sustainment Infrastructure and Organizational Planning Experience with acquisition management support including developing and coordinating briefings Experience with assessing program documents and risks to determine the impact to acquisition strategy and overall program schedule Knowledge of the execution processes unique to the sustainment and logistics organization Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Highly motivated and dynamic work ethic with a strong desire to contribute to the DoD mission What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience with assessing program documents and risks to determine the impact to acquisition strategy and overall program schedule TS/SCI Clearance Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems Experience with cross-functional projects and using extensive collaboration across departments Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2 Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02 Knowledge of Agile Methodologies Master’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP) PMP Certification Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
