The responsibilities include coordinating the procurement, tracking, integration, storage, shipment, and fielding of a global network of tactical systems. The ideal candidate would have experience managing hundreds of hardware components throughout their lifecycle and ensuring success in a complex, dynamic system of systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Develops/maintains a procurement tracking system for all hardware to manage components from cradle to grave. Works with internal and external stakeholders to obtain procurement approvals and procure hardware. Tracks procurement lead times and prioritizes needed procurement actions to meet customer requirements. Works with vendors to obtain hardware quotes. Tracks systems integration and provides capability updates to stakeholders. Maintains and manages system spares, as well as test and training systems. Maintains positive control of all hardware and tools. Creates tailored inventory reports. Ensure all electro-static sensitive devices are stored with the proper protection. Manages warehouses and storerooms. Job Requirements: 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory control, and procurement Outstanding communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to bend and lift 20 pounds and climb to work platforms over 10 feet in height Security Clearance Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements. U.S. Citizenship is required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge or interest in radio frequency and antenna design Knowledge or interest in SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, Digital Signals Processing, Intelligence Community communication networks, RF fundamentals, tactical hardware, and algorithm development Preferred active TS/SCI clearance.
