In this role you will get to provide Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) overview to Combatant Commands and Warfighter integration to ensure current and future requirements in Missile Defense are achieved. What You'll Be Doing: Performs a variety of engineering tasks related to the development, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems. Performs design work (logic design, circuit design, I/O design, instrumentation design, computer architecture analysis and design, and network structure design). Conducts firmware development, model formulation, manufacturing and development cost projections, and analog or binary systems engineering. Analyzes integration of system processes and methodologies to ensure effectiveness of total system performance. Provides customer service to the Combatant Commander (CCMD) Staff’s and those Operator’s supporting Combatant Commander (CCDR). Reviews and provides responses to Request for Information and Request for Analysis. Reviews Internal Configurations Documents (ICD) for constructive feedback to support the C2BMC system requirements and Warfighter need for capability. Leads a project team in the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative. Works under consultative direction toward predetermining long-range targets. Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Active Secret Clearance Master’s degree and 12 years’ of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and 20 years’ of relevant experience Familiarity with MDA, MDS, Sensors that support C2BM, the C3BM Program Office, and/or military experience Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment Exceptional written and verbal skills Experience working in a collaborative environment composed of Government and Contractors in a badge-less contractor environment What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
