Parsons Counseling is seeking passionate, independently licensed mental health practitioners to join our dedicated team in Berea, Kentucky and Richmond, Kentucky. **Position Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional counseling services, per agency, state, and professional standards

* Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately

* Actively participate in staff meetings and in-service training

* Collaborate with clinical director and other staff to ensure optimal client care

* Advocate for client needs by communicating effectively with community partners

**Qualifications:**

* Independent license in counseling, social work, or a related field

* Strong commitment to serving others with a deep sense of personal and professional integrity

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills

* Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

* Successful completion of a criminal background check

**Desired Characteristics:**

* Proficiency in basic computer skills and strong written and oral communication

* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

* Experience or interest in Play Therapy, Expressive Therapies, EMDR, Autism, or ADHD
