Parson's Collision Centers is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience. We are looking for an experienced Auto Body / Collision Repair estimator to join our team. Our goal is to exceed our customer's expectations at every level.

This position will be responsible for providing estimates on various types of vehicles. We are seeking hands-on body shop experience, with a customer-forward attitude.

The ideal candidate must be a sales-oriented, motivated professional capable of writing accurate estimates on a variety of vehicles in compliance with our strict safety guidelines. Must have previous experience collision estimating and working with a variety of insurance companies.

Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Educate customers on the repair process.
• Examines damaged vehicles for related and unrelated accident damage.
• Determine feasibility of repair or replacement of parts.
• Prepare and explain itemized estimates to customers & insurance companies.
• Schedules and coordinate repairs with technicians.
• Regularly communicates with customers to keep them informed of progress.
• Review supplemental damage with technicians and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain accurate records of repair costs, parts used, and labor hours
• Quality inspects the vehicles following repairs to verify that repairs have been done properly.
• Writing estimates with CCC One.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a related role is required
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
• Familiarity with auto body repair, suspension, transmission, and automotive diagnostics
• Proficient in using computerized estimating systems and software
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CCC One is a plus.
