Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in providing quality pharmaceutical care to patients. Your responsibilities will include patient service and ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication preparations. Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently

- Perform medication inventory management, including receiving and stocking medications

- Maintain patient profiles and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of drug classifications to accurately process prescriptions

- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program or Equivalent Experience (Registered or Certified)

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and drug classifications

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service

- Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems
