Parra Consulting Group Inc. is Hiring an Improvised Threats RCIED and UxS Technologies with Security Clearance Near Macdill AFB, FL

Parra Inc is seeking an Improvised Threats RCIED and UxS Technologies Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a focus in Commercial Off the Shelf Technologies (COTs) to provide Improvised Threat /Counter-Improvised Threat intelligence support in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: Responsible for evaluating capabilities and performance for commercial off the shelf (COTS) Improvised Threat technologies.
Identify and monitor trends in adversary use of commercial Improvised Threat technologies and support assessments on their capabilities and limitations.
Develop “left of boom/left of launch” Improvised Threat procurement and technical development network analysis.
Responsibility to provide intelligence analysis in support of authoring technical reports on Improvised Threats.
Participate in field testing and assessments of Improvised Threat systems.
Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian RDTE community.
Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
Perform all functional duties independently.
Required Skillsets: Eligible for TS/SCI security clearance
Demonstrated expertise (10 years of experience) in support to counter Improvised Threat networks, technology, and COTS analysis. This includes being familiar with asymmetric threats and commercial technologies adapted for adversary usage, such as radio-controlled (RC) devices, small unmanned aerial systems (UAS), commercial communications and computing technologies.
Ability to integrate with local engineering support to draft technical intelligence products for community of interest and command level visibility.
Have utilized and have functional knowledge/expertise in the Find Fix Finish Exploit Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting process.
Ability to reverse-engineer Improvised Threats.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and circuit boards of Improvised Threat Technology.
Experience in conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices (specifically RCIED and UAS) and describe how the device functions.
Experience with intelligence analytical production and reporting.
Proficient in the Collection Management Process to include evaluation of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), authoring of Source Directed Requirements (SDR), and creating HUMINT/Intelligence Collection Requirements (HCR/ICR).
Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills as well as briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.
Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products.
Ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.
Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues across Combatant Commands (COCOM) and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC).
Preferred Skillsets: Familiar with inter-agency intelligence databases and sources of classified reporting and associated procedures.
Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest Commercial Based and emerging Technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that CBT would affect DoD capability.
Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.
Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products.
Ability to search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products.
Proficient in briefing Theater Level Commanders, DoD and Interagency Leadership.
Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of Commander requirements.
Desired Skills & Certifications Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Weapons Technical Intelligence analyst, All Source Intelligence Analyst with strong background (e.g. 35F, 35D, 89D).
BA/BS plus 3 yrs. of experience; or AA/AS degree plus 7 yrs. of experience; or 10 yrs. of experience.
