Ride Operators are responsible for supervising, monitoring, repairing, and attending to park rides, including boarding, securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and assist with questions to provide an engaging customer experience

* Assist with loading and unloading guests along with securing the passengers to the ride

* Maintain a friendly, safety-conscious, and patient demeanor to all guests

* Monitor guests while they are on the attraction and ensure all rules are followed

* Other duties as assigned to support the park

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 16 years of age

* Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work as a team

* Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns

* Strong communications skills with a complete understanding of the English language

* Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends

Working Conditions:

* Requires standing for long periods and walking long distances within the park

* Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures

* Must be able to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 30 pounds

* Occasional bending, squatting, and reaching above shoulders
