Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate team member to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of doughnuts, operating a barista station, and making cafe foods, such as sandwiches. If you have a love for doughnuts and cafés we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, icings, and fillings according to recipes
- Bake doughnuts in accordance with established standards
- Decorate doughnuts with precision and creativity
- Ensure quality and consistency in all baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

- Work espresso machines to keep up with coffee orders

-Make other food items on menus, such as sandwiches and toast.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary environment is preferred
- Familiarity with pastry decorating techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
