Property Management Company in Newark, looking for a Floater - Security Guard with a SORA Level license. This role entails being on call to fill in when regular staff members are unavailable. Hours are not consistent and may vary based on the needs of the team. Flexibility and availability to cover shifts with notice are essential.

Responsibilities

• Valid SORA 1 CARD (Required).
• Must have flexibility to pick up shifts when needed.
• Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Write detailed reports.
• Know when and how to enforce rules.

Shift availability: You may be called to do any of the following three shifts. Willingness to work all three shifts is required.

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
