```Duties```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with patient assessments and provide nursing care as needed
- Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and gastric lavage
- Conduct patient education on medication administration, disease management, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

- Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of [state]
- Minimum of [number] years of experience as an LVN in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in administering medications, including injections
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
