Parkwood Healthcare Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused full time Physical Therapist. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

$4000 stay bonus that will paid quarterly $1000 each quarter, provided no attendance or disciplinary issues.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Physical Therapist:

• Provides or makes provision for client care in compliance with Physical Therapy Practice Act, physicians’ orders, and Clinical Pathways as they become available.
• Ensures quality and safe delivery of physical therapy services to clients and training for families/caregivers.
• Assesses and evaluates client’s status by
• Reviewing and implementing the plan of care
• Regularly re-evaluating client needs revising the plan of care as necessary.
Initiates and applies appropriate preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative procedures and techniques and maintains communication regarding client care with the physician and supervisory personnel.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or master program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
• Is licensed to practice as physical therapist within the State of Texas.
• Has at least two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist.
• Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
• Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health.
Has excellent observation, good clinical judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
