The Inspection Services Representative is responsible for assisting in assessing, verifying, and documenting the condition of the assigned property. These duties include examining properties, documenting details, and writing reports. An Inspection Services Representative is a highly visible position that has daily contact with residents and employees and requires the utmost awareness of how actions and communications are received and perceived.
