MDS 3.0 Coordinator

Long-term medical care facility located in Kansas City, Missouri, has a challenging opportunity for an experienced 3.0 MDS Coordinator. Position will involve management of the MDS processes in accordance with government regulations and company policies, coordinating the care plan process with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents. Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri RN or LPN license with preferably 2-5 years’ experience in long-term care, knowledge of Medicare regulations, experience using MDS 3.0 and a commitment to Total Quality Management.
