Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Dispensary Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our cannabis dispensary. The Assistant Dispensary Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations

- Develop and implement employee orientation and training programs

- Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day retail operations

- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the operation of a cannabis dispensary

- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory control procedures

- Monitor sales trends and adjust product offerings accordingly

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

- Knowledge of approiately scheduling staff

- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment

- Adhere to strict security protocols to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and products

Experience/Skills:

- Previous experience in a management role within the cannabis industry preferred

- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to effectively manage inventory control procedures

- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
