Parkway Dental is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Rolling Meadows, IL

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office settings and possess strong administrative skills. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of patient care and treatment scheduling. Previous experience in a dental office setting is a must.

  • Minimum 1 year Dental Experience required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred ( but not required)
  • Experience in Ortho treatment and Implant planning as well as general dentistry is a plus!
  • In-depth knowledge of dentistry and ability to describe procedures in simple language
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, polished, and personable
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and phone skills
  • Multi-tasker and team player! We all work together to make our office the best patient experience possible.
  • The ideal candidate will take initiative, have great phone skills, customer service attitude and excellent overall communication abilities.
  • Must be proficient in treatment coordination (working with the Doctor to present and sell cases)
  • An Ideal Candidate should be capable of completing all of the following day to day duties including but not limited to; recall, scheduling, tracing, billing, presenting treatments, collecting payments etc. . ..
  • Friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Influencing/negotiation skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Keen understanding of scheduling and financial systems

KEY GOALS/BENCHMARKS OF ROLE

  • Daily, monthly, and yearly production and collection goals achieved
  • Meets monthly and quarterly case acceptance and completion ratios for significant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.47 - $26.41 per hour
