Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls and set appointments for our customers that need service.
- Make outbound phone calls to let customers know about recalls and specials
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and appointments.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and no-shows

Requirements:

- Must be able to pass a drug test including for marijuana. Medical marijuana cards are acceptable.

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey product information and benefits.

- Proficiency using computers and phones

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and meet set targets for appointment generation.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
