We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist! The Pharmacist Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing the related duties.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent

• Graduate from accredited School of Pharmacy

• Current Pharmacist certification and licensure in the State of Oklahoma

• Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS and state regulations for both acute and Residential facilities
